FAQ's

We want your experience at our church to be totally focused on God, so to avoid any stumbling blocks, here are a few of our frequently asked questions:

What is a Christian Reformed Church (CRC)?

We believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God. It contains all that people in any age need to know for their salvation. We call the Bible God’s Word, believing that, by the power of the Holy Spirit, God speaks to us through this book.

To learn more about the beliefs we hold to be true please visit www.crcna.org.

Why is this church out in the middle of farming country?

The Alamosa Christian Reformed Church was founded in 1904 and came about through a Dutch migration to the San Luis Valley due to it's "so-called" rich farmland. The church was built in it's location as the epicenter to the farms which were started. There was even a school and a general store out in this area as well!
